In the end, there's a final story that involves your own personal narrative. This last part of the game is called the Endless Fall, which entails you after a timeline that leads to your death. But since the game occurs over the course of two years, there's no way for you to really get to there, but it's likely to view the game at a journal and see your own progress.
From the Hearts Stories you play, you have to pick between two very different endings. The very first one, called the authentic Ending, is the route that allows you to rescue the King Henry in their troubles.
